About

Ohio-based artist and graphic designer Betsy Johnson finds endless inspiration in her garden and kitchen. Since childhood, she’s loved making things with her hands—drawing, sewing, and helping her mom and aunt in the garden. These early experiences influenced her lifelong love of making, being resourceful, and valuing the natural world in which we live.

Today, Betsy uses fresh vegetables as printing tools to create modern, abstract designs. Each stamped impression captures the unique shapes and textures of produce, celebrating the beauty of food and the nourishment it brings to both body and earth.

Her work resonates with artists, designers, and food lovers who value thoughtful, intentional design. Through her vegetable prints, Betsy invites others to reconnect with nature—and to see everyday food in a fresh, meaningful way.
